Step 1: Secure Necessary Documentation

To prepare for the DEWA registration process, it is imperative to have the following documentation available:

• For Tenants:
  • Emirates ID: All tenants are mandated with having a valid Emirates ID.
  • Ejari Certificate: The official tenancy contract that is registered with Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).
  • Passport Copy: For GCC nationals/investors.

  • Proof of Property Ownership: Title Deed.

Step 2: Submit Your Application
