Imran Shaukat established LYM Real Estate Brokers in 2008, having started his Real Estate journey in early 2006. Having circumnavigated three bear markets in the UAE including the Great Recession of 2008 and the COVID-19 pandemic, Imran is a seasoned veteran and shrewd investor.

With an eye for value, Imran has been able to alert, advise and guide clients in his time – stamping his name onto numerous successful Real Estate transactions, identifying potential hotspots for value-growth in Dubai. Imran works with Real Estate portfolios, guiding purchasing decisions based on client needs, investment objectives and time frames.

Sameer Ansari's foray into Real Estate began as a young man - 23 years of age. Having established himself as a trustworthy property manager, Sameer joined LYM Real Estate in 2006 - bringing with him his wealth of experience and vast portfolio.

Sameer specializes in Villa communities, helping landlords manage what is often their largest investment – while also acting as a liaison, a confidant andan advisor guiding future purchases and sales for his clients.

Iram is an invaluable part of the LYM team. Her drive, vigour and diligence make it possible for LYM to operate at full capacity. Iram directly manages the operations team, making sure that all tenant requests are dealt with in a timely fashion, ensuring the smooth operation of our rental department.

Iram works closely with Imran Shaukat and Sameer Ansari to make sure that our property occupancy rates are as close to maximum as is possible, while also making sure that tenants are well taken care of and landlords well communicated with.
